Cats Don’t Swim is the collective term for everything I do musically.

I am Niels Geusebroek, 32 years, singer/songwriter, guitarist, composer, and former member of the Dutch band ‘Silkstone’.

Silkstone played over 1.000 gigs in and outside of Holland, released 2 full-length albums @ Sony/BMG and V2, achieved 3 Megahits @ 3fm and had a lot of coverage on TV, radio and print.

After 13 years with the band I decided it was time to explore and do something else than Silkstone.

I’m now a full-time songwriter, workin in my studio in Amsterdam, writing for my own solo-album and for publishing purpose. Upcoming year I’d like to write as many diverse songs as possible, do a lot of co-writing sessions and record and release my solo-album.
